Adoptions are now open for the Sixth Annual Kiwanis Incredible Duck Splash.

Adoptions can be completed online NOW - - MasterCard and Visa are accepted for online adoptions. The online adoption website is active with the Glendale Kiwanis Foundation teams as well as the non-profit and school Duck Buddy groups that have officially registered.

A preliminary paper adoption form is available here in PDF or MSWord format. Adoptions using this form may be submitted using a check, cash, or American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Adoption forms not designating a "Duck Buddy Selling Group" will benefit many programs for children and worthwhile programs and causes throughout the Los Angeles area.

The final official printed adoption forms will be available to pick up about September 1, 2010 at numerous locations throughout Glendale and in neighboring communities around Los Angeles County as listed on the Adoption Form Locations page.
